More than 500 skilled Labor providing their service under 70 skilled & technical educated Operator, Supervisor and Quality Controller in the Production Sector. The employees are self motivated and very responsible about their duty. The Operator, Supervisor and Quality Controller’s are controlled by highly experienced & educated 15 Shift In charge & Quality Inspector. All the Shift In charge & Quality Inspector are under control directly Production Manager & Factory Manager. The Chemical Section includes One related high educated & experienced Chief Chemist who control 15 Assistant & Lab Boy. The Workshop Section includes modern & classified Machine and 20 skilled Technician under One educated & experience Chief Mechanic. About 550 Employee & Officer work hard & care of the production line to ensure the best quality of goods.
AUTHORITY:
The Company has both Managerial & Official Authority to look of the Production Line. They always take care about the production and give suggestion to the sub-ordinate at any types of problem they faced. Thus the Quality of Goods are comparable with all the similar Goods in the market.
